What our clients are saying:

I have been personally hunting with Joe annually since 2020, as our expeditions have always been a fantastic experience!  He has always provided an exceptional hunt, so good in fact, that many friends and family have gone to the ranch after my initial hunt.  We have collectively harvested over a dozen oryx with 100 percent shot opportunity and harvest rate.

I have hunted free range Gemsbok with Joe Del Re 5 years in a row now.  There are several factors to take into consideration when choosing an outfitter but there is only one Joe Del Re.  Joe and his team check off all the boxes for a world class experience.  God willing, I’ll be hunting with Joe every year he has an opening for me and my team.   First class all the way!

Joe is a vey experienced guide and he knows the land very well.  Hunting oryx with him is a dream! He is very patient and very good spotting the animals at great distance. I love the fact that he is very ethical and humane as he avoids a shot that can lead to an injured, suffering animal. I very highly recommend him as a guide for a challenging oryx hunt!

Joe with Del Re Outdoor Expeditions knows everything there is to know about Oryx. He showed me hundreds of Oryx in the 2 days we hunted. Finally on the second evening, we made a stalk on a herd of about 30 Oryx. Joe got us within 350 yards and the rest is history! If you’re looking to hunt Oryx in New Mexico, book with Joe, he will put you on them!

~Frances E.

Be ready for an epic time hunting with Joe!  When we arrived we were greeted with a big smile and a warm meal. We had an opportunity to shoot our guns and check for accuracy. Morning of the hunt  we were up early to a nice breakfast where we discussed the game plan for the day.
Joe had us on Oryx within the first hour. The man knows every nook and cranny where animals might be!   When the kill was made, the animal was field dressed and we were back to their processing center and within hours the harvest was cleaned and in the cooler!  Joe is an amazing guide that is serious about hunter safety and maintaining the integrity of the animals! Looking forward to hunting with Joe again in October of 25 with my sons.
